Darice Anderson

Executive Director

Darice Anderson is a native of Dallas, Texas.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an endorsement in Early Childhood from Texas Southern University.  She is certified for teen and parent counseling through Parents Anonymous Tyler.  She has been an educator for over 19 years. She was a model teacher for Project GRAD (Graduation Really Achieves Dreams) in Houston, Texas.  Now Project GRAD is a worldwide program that has had the privilege of presenting its techniques to the past and present presidents of the United States. From Houston she moved to Tyler and was employed as a Child Development Specialist assisting over 50 daycares centers and over 150 caregivers on how to maintain and sustain quality, which enables the providers to go over and above Texas Licensing Minimum Standards.  Now she is a Supervisor where she manages multiple social service programs. Darice has volunteered for various non-profit organizations such as King’s Daughters and Royal Escorts where she served as the Program Director, and CHAD’s House where she served as the Community Affairs Coordinator.  She was member of the Junior League of  Dallas and Tyler.  She is an Alumnae of Christian Women Leadership Development Program in Dallas, Texas. Darice has two sons Terry Anderson and Braylon Thomas.

Atoya Mason

Board Chairman

Atoya Mason is a 22-year retired Army Veteran, Veteran Advocate in the community locally and abroad. Her trailblazing military service has allowed her to travel all over the world. Atoya has forged a consistent path that has helped many Veterans, families, and community partners in varying career roles that she has served in since retiring from the military. Mrs. Mason’s awards and recognition include 2014 DAV State of Texas DVOP of the Year; In 2015 she won the American Legion Award State of Texas for Large Employer of the year for her partnership with Service King. In 2018, she was recognized and awarded a Certificate of Partnership by the Regional Housing and Urban Development office in Fort Worth, TX for her exceptional efforts to work with local agencies to reduce Veterans homelessness. Atoya Mason, is originally from Akron, Ohio and graduated from John R. Buchtel High School. While serving in the military, she attended Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, where she pursued a bachelors’ degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Corrections. Most of all, Atoya is immensely proud of her family, which includes her husband (also a Veteran), four children and two grandchildren, affectionately known as the “Fantastic Four +2”. Atoya Mason continues to give back through continuous community involvement in the Veteran Community and remains continually active with many organizations. They are proud to call Texas their home; all reside in the Dallas area.

 Angela Shepard

 Board Secretary 

My name is Angela Shepard. I currently work as a public school 5th grade math and science teacher. I have served as an educator since March, 2000. I possess a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Education, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Educational Specialist degree in Teacher Leadership. I aspire to be an influential leader/role model for children and young adults. I strive to motivate our youth to stay focused on their goals, remain positive in the face of any obstacle or adversity, and take advantage of all of the limitless opportunities that life has to offer. I am most proud of being nominated for Teacher of the Year eight times, and being chosen to serve as Teacher of the Year for the 2013-2014 school year. I am dedicated to serving my community and hope to open up several homeless shelters/education centers in the near future. I am ecstatic and proud to bring my skill set, knowledge and experience to 3-N-1 Trinity Services. I am looking forward to serving our young people and adults.

Sherretta
Anderson

Board Treasurer

Nicole is the Treasurer for 3-N-1 Trinity Services. She is an expert book keeper. She also has a medical billing and coding certification. Additionally, she has freight dispatch experience. Nicole's book keeping experience includes: •Developing a business’ bookkeeping policies, procedures, and systems •Managing cash flow •Maintaining and balancing subsidiary accounts (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll expenses, etc.) •Categorizing transactions correctly •Preparing bank deposits •Verifying receipts •Delivering payments to the bank •Creating financial statements including the balance sheet and income statement •Preparing invoices Keeping track of overdue accounts •Maintaining historical bookkeeping documentation •Keeping business’s bookkeeping practices in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements Nicole works very closely with our Director of Programs and Director of Education to ensure our clients receive a top notch learning experience!

Jazmine Brown

Board Member

Jazmine Brown is an accomplished Community Organizer & and Behavioral Health Professional with over 10 years of experience in assisting challenged & low-income communities. Her expertise enables her to produce productive and long-lasting results for her clients in need, particularly within non-profit organizations and among the less fortunate. Beyond her role as a Case Manager, Jazmine is actively involved in advocating for law changes, police reform, and civil rights as a board member with the NAACP. Serving as the Secretary of the Mesquite NAACP, she has not only worked alongside the City of Mesquite to enhance the quality of life for its citizens but also made history by organizing the city's first MLK Parade. Her opinions carry immense value, and people trust and respect her judgments. In addition to her professional endeavors, Jazmine serves as an Election Judge for Dallas County, where she has dedicated six years to the election department. She has also spearheaded numerous political forums and Get Out the Vote campaigns aimed at increasing voter turnout. Jazmine has collaborated closely with active State Representatives and local elected officials to emphasize the knowledge and importance of minority participation in the electoral process. During her academic journey, Jazmine developed a passionate interest in law enforcement. Her long-term goal is to become a district attorney, utilizing her unwavering commitment and drive to bring more dignity and accountability to the City of Dallas as an elected official. Currently, Jazmine is pursuing a dual Masters degree in Social Work and Public Administration at the University of Texas at Dallas, building upon her previous educational achievements. In terms of her educational background, Jazmine attended North Mesquite High School before graduating from South Garland. She discovered her passion for helping others while attending Dallas College, where she earned an AAS in Criminal Justice in 2021. She then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at the University of North Texas at Dallas, graduating Cum Laude in 2023. Currently, she is attending the University of Texas at Dallas for her dual Masters degree in Social Work & Public Administration. Jazmine's dedication to helping others extends beyond her professional experiences. In 2021, she was appointed as the Vice President of the Dallas College Police Academy Advisory Board and continues to serve as a board member. Moreover, she joined the local NAACP in Mesquite and played a crucial role as a founding organizer of the first Mesquite MLK Parade and Juneteenth Festival. These experiences have not only created numerous opportunities for her employer and organization but have also contributed to their growth and success.

Jameka Brown

Director of Programs

Jameka Brown is a highly accomplished individual who has dedicated over three decades to serving her community. She began her academic journey at Prairie View A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Her passion for social work led her to pursue further education, and she obtained two Master's degrees from Texas A&M University-Commerce, one in Social Work and the other in Training and Development. With a wealth of experience under her belt, Jameka has worked with both children/youth and adults in social service agencies. Jameka has been fortunate to have the opportunity to become the legal guardian of her niece and nephew and become a mother through the adoption of her daughters. This experience has given her an even greater appreciation for the importance of providing support and guidance to young people as they navigate the challenges of growing. She is an active member of the Willow Grove Baptist Church and contributes to ministry as an Impact Leader for the Children/Youth Department. Currently, Jameka holds the position of Director of Programs at 3-N-1 Trinity Services, Inc. She plays a key role in writing the curriculum for the Youth Development Program and securing funding for the organization. Her dedication to her work and her community is truly commendable, and she is a source of inspiration for many.

Felicia Davis

Director of Education

Felicia Davis is a native of Dallas, Texas “Pleasant Grove.” She now resides in Oak Leaf, Texas. Felicia Davis holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science and is an expert logistics management trainer. Also, she is a 10-year expert in insurance investigation/mediation. Mrs. Davis has established and scaled many successful businesses including 3 trucking companies which positions her perfectly to be the majority shareholder of L. Davis Logistics. Felicia and her husband Levert are the owners of L. Davis Logistics, a trucking company located in Desoto, Texas. She and her sisters own a trucking company Addie’s Girls located in Dallas, Texas. Further, Felicia also owns Davis Lanes, a consulting firm, where she consults mostly trucking companies on compliance, dispatch and business growth. Her newest venture with her sisters is Trendsetters Enterprises a Certified Company (Women Owned, Minority Owned Enterprise, and Small Business Enterprise). At Trendsetters Enterprises we target logistics companies to help them create and run their companies right the 1 st time. Trendsetters Enterprises is a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) laboratory where we empower logistics companies with the necessary support to ensure the success of their employees, and their partner relationships. Through Trendsetters Enterprises laboratory our focus is education and training. We provide thorough and up to date customized training based on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCA) guidelines. Our trainings include, Hiring the Right CDL Driver, Hours of Service, Hiring the Right Consortium and submitting accurate and timely audits. Our in-depth training coupled with our Department of Transportation (DOT) and NON-DOT lab services will help to decrease 18- wheeler accidents and fatalities in the USA. Felicia is extremely excited to speak to aspiring and established business owners! Her testimony has inspired and encouraged so many.

As a graduate of 3-N-1 Trinity Services’ Young Adult Entrepreneur Training and Mentorship Program, Breunna credits the organization for providing her with the tools to pitch confidently, elevate her networking skills, and refine her leadership abilities. Through the program, Breunna gained valuable insights from industry experts on scaling her business and developing as an entrepreneur. The mentorship she received, not only from 3-N-1 but also from partner agencies like Dress for Success, has significantly contributed to her success. With their guidance, Breunna has expanded her product reach and grown her brand's presence within the community. Breunna’s journey is a testament to the transformative power of mentorship and training. She highly recommends the program to both new and established entrepreneurs, emphasizing its impact on personal and professional growth. Breunna continues to inspire others with her story, proving that with the right support and determination, success is within reach.

Merecedes Hart

Young Adult Board Member

Mercedes Hart is the proud owner of Sadie’s Sweets, a dessert business founded in 2019 and based in the Dallas Metroplex. Inspired by her childhood memories of baking alongside her grandmother, Mercedes is passionate about preserving and sharing the timeless dessert recipes passed down through her family. Each treat she creates embodies the comfort, warmth, and love reminiscent of a grandmother's embrace. In addition to running her thriving business, Mercedes wears many hats. She is a full-time mom, a dedicated student, a model, and a mentor. Her leadership extends to the community as a Girl Scouts Leader and a member of the Youth Advisory Board at 3-N-1 Trinity Services, where she also serves as a mentor to inspire and guide the next generation. Mercedes’s journey into entrepreneurship is deeply rooted in her love for family traditions and her desire to share the joy of homemade desserts with others. Her creations are more than just sweets—they’re a connection to cherished memories and a celebration of legacy. With her commitment to her family, education, and community, Mercedes Hart continues to inspire those around her with her talent, resilience, and dedication. Chaniya

Polk

Young Adult Board Member

Chaniya Polk is the proud owner of Sassy Collections, a boutique based in Longview, Texas, specializing in high-quality clothing for men and women of all ages and for any occasion. Her latest project, COWorld, is a heartfelt tribute to her late brother, Codie, reflecting her passion for meaningful and innovative endeavors. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Chaniya recently launched a 31 Days of Content Challenge, designed to empower and inspire content creators to elevate their craft. Beyond business, Chaniya is a dedicated 4th-grade Science and Social Studies teacher, currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Education. She is also a loving mother to her son and stays active through dancing, working out, and coaching cheer for young girls in her community. Chaniya’s hard work and entrepreneurial spirit recently earned her recognition as the winner of a pitch competition hosted by 3-N-1 Trinity Services' Young Adult Entrepreneur Program. Her achievements have been celebrated in notable publications such as Vogue and the Tyler Morning News. With her dynamic roles as a teacher, entrepreneur, content creator, and community leader, Chaniya continues to inspire others to pursue their passions and embrace their potential.

Adrianna Rowe is the visionary CEO of RAAVE DFW, bringing over 12 years of experience in the field of education to her leadership role. Her career has been shaped by a deep commitment to fostering community involvement and advocating for individuals with disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Adrianna's passion for making a difference extends beyond her professional work. As the Treasurer of the Family Branch Lions Club and the founder of a nonprofit organization, she dedicates her efforts to improving the lives of youth and adults with disabilities in her community. Her advocacy is backed by hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a Special Education Teacher, roles that have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. Under her leadership, RAAVE DFW is not just a platform for change—it’s a movement to promote acceptance, accessibility, and empowerment. Adrianna’s work reflects her unwavering commitment to making the world a better place for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have the support and opportunities needed to reach their full potential. Adrianna’s dedication to advocacy, education, and community building continues to inspire and transform lives, creating a more inclusive future for all.
